Contact UsDonna is a Johnston County native born and raised. She grew up in the Four Oaks community and still lives there today. Donna is happily married to her husband David who has been building homes in the construction industry for 27 years and they recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. They have two daughters Jessica Herring is the eldest and is a local attorney in the area. The youngest is Taylor Perez and she works in the administrative health field locally too. They were both married in 2020 and the family gained two sons-in-law Alex Herring who is a local doctor and Ryan Perez who is a teacher/high school coach in the county and a grandson born October 2022 Ace Herring son of Alex and Jessica. When Donna is not helping clients find their dream home she enjoys traveling and spending time with their 90-pound lab, Buddy. Donna being from the area her whole life is a huge asset to helping her clients find what they are searching for when purchasing their next property. Donna received her real estate license in 2009. Since this time the industry has grown and changed tremendously. She would love to help you find your dream home and put her local knowledge of the real estate industry to work for you.
